WhirlyBall locations in Chicago, Naperville and Vernon Hills are now open to the public

WhirlyBall’s Chicagoland locations in Chicago, Naperville and Vernon Hills have officially reopened after months of being closed due to the Coronavirus public health crisis. Dedicated to playing it safe, WhirlyBall has implemented safety precautions and will be enforcing social distancing regulations in accordance with the recommended guidelines by the city and state. To properly foster a safe environment, reservations are recommended and guests are encouraged to call ahead for hours of operation. The Chicago and Vernon Hills locations are currently by reservation only.

“It’s been great to finally open our doors again and welcome team members and guests back to our midwest locations,” said Adam Elias, Vice President of Strategic Planning at WhirlyBall. “Our team has been diligent about following reopening guidelines and while there are several new practices in place to keep everyone safe, WhirlyBall will still offer the same great fun that our guests know and love. We’ve worked hard to safeguard our environment so everyone can play with confidence.”

DEDICATED TO PLAYING IT SAFE
For a safe reopening, WhirlyBall has taken extensive precautionary safety measures in line with CDC guidelines to protect guests and team members. Offering the highest standard of cleanliness, WhirlyBall, Bowling, LaserTag and common areas will be disinfected between each group, hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the facility, and frequent handwashing protocols will be followed.

Common areas have been equipped with six-foot social distancing markers, and groups will enjoy increased privacy from others during play. WhirlyBall and LaserTag are both fully enclosed allowing one group at a time, and lane dividers and every other lane will be used for Bowling.

Team members will receive a daily health check upon arriving to work and will wear a face mask at all times. For more information on how WhirlyBall is responding to the COVID-19 outbreak, visit https://www.whirlyball.com/playingitsafe/.
