Albany Park’s Thai fine dining stalwart, Arun’s Thai Restaurant, invites guests to enjoy a flavorful and visually stunning multi-course New Year’s Eve dinner. For $150 per person, diners will enjoy 12 artfully crafted Thai delicacies and a pour of champagne preceded by a complimentary amuse-bouche in the kitchen with world-renowned and James Beard award-winning chef Chef Arun Sampanthavivat. Throughout the evening, Arun’s craft bar will mixing up a special bubbly cocktail to pair with the occasion in addition to their existing Thai-influenced drink program featuring $15 cocktails like the Black Thai Affair (muddle blackberries and Thai basil, Lillet Blanc, Caorunn Gin, lemonade, topped with prosecco and garnished with blackberry and Thai basil). $10 mocktails will include the Seasonal Virgin Sour (cucumber and watermelon puree, house-made sour mix, egg white, lavender and melon kombucha) and more. Welcoming Bites
-Tom Yum: Hot & sour clear broth with herbs and bits of mushroom

Appetizers
-Trio Platter: Kratong Thong, fried shrimp roll, and purple blossom dumplings glazed with sweet and sour tamarind sauce
-Sang Wa: Refreshing prawn salad on shiso leaf
-Hoy Tord: Oyster pancake with spicy roasted chili sauce and mayo-sweet chili sauce
-Crab Cake: Crab cake with baby arugula salad, topped with golden fried pouch filled with seasoned crab
-Phad Thai: Traditional Thai rice noodles with shrimp, tofu bits, sweet turnip, garlic chives and beansprouts
-Nua Num Tok: Slice of tender Wagyu beef on spicy herbs
Entrees
-Kheow-Wan Gai: Chicken roll green curry with baby eggplants and sweet basil
-Phrik Khing: Bangkok-style crispy pork in sweet red pepper sauce
-Lobster: Succulent lobster smothered in rich ginger curry sauce
