A week from Saturday… on August 17th… from 10:00 AM until 12:00 N… the local Chicago MVP organization has scheduled one of these amazing ‘Pop Up Session’ events to take place at the ‘Bears Fit’ gym located at 155 E. Townline Rd. in Vernon Hills.
MVP’s mission is to match up combat veterans and former professional athletes together — after the uniform comes off — to give them a new team to tackle the transition together. MVP shows them they are NOT alone.

Bears Fit has an elite staff of Personal Trainers equipped to customize a game plan to achieve your fitness goals. Through weekly physical fitness and peer-to-peer support sessions, MVP provides the foundation for vets and players to be empowered and live their best lives. Our session will feature Hall of Fame MMA Fighter Randy Couture. Workouts are moderate with a mix of conditioning and MMA/Boxing. They can be modified for any injuries.

We will work out for about an hours followed by a huddle for an additional hour. So bring your workout and get a good sweat on!

Veterans: Bring DD214 to show proof of combat zone deployments (we don’t keep them, will give form right back)
