“How To Utilize Time and Make a Powerful Decision”
Time is Time.
It’s fast, it’s slow; it’s here, it’s there.
We may feel there is never enough time for things. We may feel there’s too much time on our hands.
Time is multi-dimensional. Time is ever present. Time is a useful tool to utilize and gauge the amount of creation we can exert out into the world during our existence on Earth.
I talk with so many people about how to best utilize their time and there are a multitude of conclusions I’ve come up with around how well people perceive they utilize their time.
What I’ve come to know as my version of the truth is that people will use time exactly the way they desire to use their time.
Many people say they want more for their life, yet they keep these desires inside their mind, circling around like a tornado for an indefinite amount of time.
When the pain of their arrives at a place of suffering, people will go to great lengths to change the current circumstances in their life.
What makes these decision’s so hard?
The Human Brain.
The brain likes evidence that things are going to work out the way we want them to. So, when we are trying to execute a change in our life, when the brain can’t come to a strong conclusion on how things are going to work out because there is no evidence to back up the desire is actually going to work out, many people will fall off track with their goal and revert back to their painful unhealthy habit and continue to suffer. The brain, you see, it likes certainty. Even if we are miserable, we will go back to what feels comfortable.
So, time, friend, is of the essence when we find it useful.
The only way out of the painful places we find ourselves at times is by walking through the fear of not having the evidence things are going to work out for us.
However, there is a small percentage of people who will walk with their fear and see it through. These people will continue moving forward, despite no evidence, despite the unknowing, despite all odds.
What makes a leader a leader?
Leaders will go to any length to have what they desire, no matter what. They will always find the way. The rest of humanity-we have to arrive at maybe we just like the idea of the change and aren’t really willing to go to any length to have what we say we truly want.
There is no right or wrong. Choices are a powerful thing. Once we stand on one side of the line of our choice, we can let go of all the doubt, judgment, not good enough, less than, guilt…..
We now have more time to make our next powerful choice and own our life fully.
And now we can arrive at time becoming our most useful friend.
I have used the above wisdom a multitude of times in my life, friends. It’s how I overcame childhood trauma, alcoholism, heroin addiction, 3 DUI’s, guilt, shame, not good enough, healing physical, mental, emotional and spiritual afflictions. I’m so appreciative I found the way and have very powerful tools to help others do the same so that those who choose to become the best versions of themselves thrive. If you’re ready, I’d love to help you too.
