Meet Jeremie Bacon, Serial B2B Entrepreneur, Advisor and Philanthropist

Jeremie Bacon is a B2B SaaS entrepreneur and CEO with a 20-year track record of success in organization building, sales & marketing execution, operational & financial management, product development, and M&A transactions at FinTech and relationship management software companies. He is the CEO of Imagineer Technology Group who recently merged with Synap Software Labs which he co-founded, Chairman of Zoku Technologies, and Chairman of Voyant Consulting, a relationship research and consulting firm dedicated to supporting the growth and development of key customer relationships.

In addition to his role as Vice-Chairman of Illinois Technology Association, Jeremie serves as an Executive Council Member of Granite Creek Capital Partners, LLC Granite Creek is an active manager of lower middle market debt and equity investments in Business Services, Niche Manufacturing, Food & Agribusiness, Healthcare and value-added Distribution. Granite Creek invests in high-performing businesses to support rock star entrepreneurs, the next phase of growth or a transitional event that is driving the need for additional liquidity.

Jeremie serves as Chairman and Founder of Highwater Foundation which is dedicated to helping young technologists and future entrepreneurs reach their full potential. The foundation accomplishes its mission by partnering with technology companies and other non-profit organizations to produce events like Chicago Tech Rocks to raise money and awareness. We also sponsor a number of project-based learning programs, provide coaching, mentorship, scholarships, and other forms of support to a new generation of technology leaders.

Robert has decades of COO and CFO experience building and scaling high growth B2B service, SaaS, bio-tech, manufacturing, distribution and other companies.

He utilizes his experience and his MBA, JD, and accounting expertise, to implement a holistic, end-to-end, alignment of the company’s full value chain – integrating customers, suppliers and operations with the company’s products or services. Robert has been brought in by VC’s and other private investment firms to assess and optimize the company’s strategic direction, implement financial and operational tools and help drive profitable hyper-growth. Previously, as part of the executive team, he helped NRE, a global manufacturer and distributor, grow to $300 million in revenue.

Robert has led mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. He has done business in 30+ countries, involving establishing and overseeing operations and working with management teams on 5 continents.
