She pioneers The EVOLVE Intensive program that helps leaders meet the challenges they face daily and set them up to achieve their vision for the future. Orla received her accounting and consulting training at Deloitte and went on to hold leadership positions in finance, strategic planning and non-profit administration both in Ireland and the U.S., including serving as Chief Financial Officer for Unicare Pharmacy Group, a start-up which became Ireland’s first national pharmacy chain. After moving to the U.S., Orla worked with The Rotary Foundation, and provided strategic consulting services to US business leaders and Irish government bodies promoting Irish companies in the U.S.
Orla is an adoptive mom active in educating herself around the unique challenges of being a transracial family, a keen advocate for diversity and training around unconscious bias, and a passionate supporter of sustainable development initiatives for women and children.
