Whitney B. Hampton
Real Estate Broker & Wealth Enthusiast
For most realtors, finding the perfect home begins with location. But for Whitney Hampton, every search begins with a vision. Her drive to transform communities has solidified her status as a game-changer in Chicago’s real estate market. In 2019 she started Hampton Real Estate and Investments, a thriving company that specializes in helping millennials create legacies of wealth by making homeownership a reality in 90 days or less. Homebuyers choose Whitney as their realtor when they want more than a home tour. They trust her to identify opportunities for investment, analyze their financial goals, and break down every number so that when they move into their dream homes, they can keep them.
Along her journey, Whitney has excelled in various management positions, most recently at the Alzheimer’s Foundation as Senior Manager of Donor Services. There, she spent three years developing skills in client retention, fundraising, and organizational structure.
Whitney’s roots are firmly planted in entrepreneurship. She credits her grandparents, seasoned business owners, for cultivating the client-focused attitude that influences her work today. She blends their classic mom-and-pop brand of compassionate customer service with a modern, high powered approach to her work. That, along with her ability to establish long term beneficial relationships with other professionals has garnered high praise from clients and colleagues.
Under Whitney’s leadership, Hampton Real Estate and Investments has brought in more than $4 million in sales. Additionally, the company is a bustling hub for professional networking events and education. Her weekly podcast, Wealth Building Wednesdays, has received more than 10,000 views. In 2020, Hampton Real Estate and Investments began a partnership with A. Progeny Global to head their residential real estate division. With her vibrant personality, social media savvy, and innovative strategies, she is leading millennials into a new era of wealth and generational prosperity.
Whitney is a licensed real estate broker and financial educator. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago.
