Executive Chef Chesareé Rollins is part -owner and operator of Bronzeville Bistro, owner of CheSa’s Gluten Free Food Truck and Catering Services, and Meal Prepper. Chef Chesareé has had a known allergy to gluten for over four years. Over the last two years Chef Chesareé has successfully launched businesses that cater to Foodies who have an intolerance to allergies such as bread, wheat, flour, barley, oats, dairy, soy, eggs, peanuts and shellfish.  Chef Chesareé prepares delicious meals with fresh vegetables and quality meats. All of the meals prepared by Chesaree and her team are 100% gluten free, organic and NON-GMO.

Since her 2016  business inception, Chef Chesareé creations have become a stable at Wrigley Field during Cubs games; a welcomed vegan addition at Whole Foods and Pete’s Fresh Market salad bars; and a pop-ups enthusiast delight during the downtown lunchtime

Chef Chesaree began her culinary career in 2016. Prior to entering the restaurant industry she was Chief Operating Officer for a food supplier and entrepreneur. Chef Chesaree has over 15 years of business management experience, resides on the south-side of Chicago with her toddler Chloé.
