Becky holds a BA in Communications, an MA in Jewish Studies & Jewish Education and a Certificate in Jewish leadership. In addition to receiving the JUF Samuel Goldsmith Leadership Award, Becky was chosen to participate in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Diplomatic Seminar for Young Leadership and the JCC Chicago Seed613 (formerly PresenTense Chicago) Fellowship, which she has currently overseen for the past four years.

Becky is the Manager of JCC 20s & 30s, which includes conceptualizing and overseeing various educational and social programming,  travel abroad and a social entrepreneurship fellowship: Seed613. Throughout her professional career, Becky has helped organizations grow the number of engaged participants by the thousands. She has a track record for being a community connector, who thinks of and executes fresh, innovative and creative solutions to maximize an organization’s mission and reach. She is also a guest lecturer, educator and consultant through her consulting business “Community Connect”, which she founded with business partner David Fadida, on various topics ranging from Community Building to Social Entrepreneurship to Vision and Strategy.
